The RTQ7683/RTQ7684 also has the ability to monitor junction temperature through the TMON circuit. The RTQ7683/RTQ7684 is available in WQFN-21L 3x5 (FC) and WQFN-25L 4x5 (FC) packages. The recommended junction temperature is range -40°C to 125°C.
