RT3605BT 是可为 IMVP8 兼容 CPU 提供三组电源供应的电源控制器：一组提供 MAIN VR 的 3/2/1 相同步 Buck 控制器，一组提供 Auxiliary VR 的 2/1 相同步 Buck 控制器和一组提供 VCCSA VR 的单相同步 Buck 控制器。它采用立锜专有的以有限直流增益误差放大器为核心的电流控制架构的 G-NAVP™ (Green Native AVP) 技术，具有易于设定电压随载下降参数的特性，满足所有 Intel CPU 对 AVP （Adaptive Voltage Positioning, 自适应电压定位）特性的需求，对负载瞬态变化具有快速响应机制，可得到最优化的 AVP 性能。它在各种不同的工作状态下都支持模式变换，具有可和 Intel IMVP8 兼容 CPU 进行串行通信的 VID 接口，支持以快速、慢速和自然变化三种不同的速率实施 VID 实时变换的功能，即使在 CCM 工作模式下的工作频率在各种不同的 VID、负载和输入条件下亦可自行变化以取得最佳的效率提升效果。它还将 G-NAVP™ 技术和 CCRCOT （Constant Current Ripple COT，固定电流纹波 COT）技术相结合，可在全输入、输出范围内提供极低的输出电压纹波水平。其内建的高精度 DAC 可将 SVID 编码转换为 0.25V~1.52V 的输出电压，级距仅为 5mV。它所集成的高精度 ADC 可用于各种平台功能的设定，如可设定快速相应的触发阈值。它还提供 VR Ready 指示信号输出，具有包括过压保护、过流保护和欠压锁定保护在内的各种保护性功能，其封装形式为 WQFN-52L 6x6。
