RT3612EB是具有串行VID接口的、符合Intel IMVP9 CPU规范的2/1相同步Buck控制器，采用立锜专有的以有限直流增益误差放大器为基础的电流模式控制架构的G-NAVP™(Green Native AVP)控制技术，具有易于设定输出电压随载下降参数的特性，符合Intel CPU对自适应电压定位（Adaptive Voltage Positioning, AVP）的需求，具有全新的快速响应机制（Adaptive Quick Response, AQR），可在负载发生瞬态变化、输出电容量不大的条件下具有优化的AVP性能，支持不同运行状态下的模式变换功能，有串行VID接口与Intel IMVP9兼容CPU实现通讯功能，可以快、慢和自然变化3种不同的变换速率支持VID在运行中的变换，即使在电流连续模式下的工作频率也可根据不同的VID、负载和输入电压自动变化以提高效率，更有固定电流纹波COT技术在整个输入、输出范围内实现极佳的输出电压纹波水平。其内建的高精度DAC可将VID编码转换为0V~2.74V电压，级差为10mV。它有内置的高精度ADC完成诸如ICCMAX、工作频率、过流阈值、AQR触发水平等基础设定和功能设定，还提供VR Ready和温度指示，包含完整的故障保护功能如过压保护、欠压保护、过流保护和欠压锁定保护等。
