RT3613EE是为使用串行VID控制接口、兼容Intel IMVP9规格的CPU设计的3/2/1相同步Buck控制器，它采用以有限直流增益误差放大器为基础的电流模式控制架构这一立锜专有的G-NAVP<SUP>TM</SUP>拓扑，具有易于设定输出电压随载下降参数的特性，完全满足Intel CPU所需要的AVP(Adaptive Voltage Positioning)特性，具有全新的快速响应机制 (Adaptive Quick Response, AQR)，可在负载发生瞬变和电容数量减少的情况下确保得到卓越的AVP性能。它支持在不同的运行状态之间切换自己的工作模式，有串行VID接口可与Intel IMVP9兼容CPU进行通讯，可以快、慢、自然变化三种不同的转换速度支持VID on-the-fly功能。其工作频率可根据VID、负载状况和输入电压的不同自行变化，即使在电流连续模式之下也能得到最佳的效率表现。其G-NAVP<SUP>TM</SUP>控制拓扑中还集合了CCRCOT（Constant Current Ripple COT, 定电流纹波COT）技术，使其输出纹波表现在整个输入/输出范围内都很卓越。其内建高精度DAC可将VID编码转换为0V~2.74V电压，级差为10mV。它集成了可完成平台和功能设定的高精度ADC，可设置ICCMAX、工作频率、过流保护阈值、AQR触发阈值等参数。它还提供VR Ready和过热指示信号，具有完备的故障保护功能如过压保护、欠压保护、过流保护和欠压锁定保护等。
