RT3638AE 是符合 IMVP9.2 的 CPU 电源控制器，包括三个电压轨：一个 8 相同步降压控制器用于 VCCCORE VR，一个单相同步降压控制器用于 VCCGT VR 和一个单相同步降压控制器用于 VCCSA VR。每个轨道的输出都可以配置为支持所需的相位分配，最多可达 VCCCORE 的 8 相，VCCGT 和 VCCSA 的单相。例如，RT3638AE 支持 8+1+1、7+1+1、6+1+1 等输出操作。RT3638AE 支持智能相位管理（SPM）功能，在所有负载范围内实现最大效率。通过 I<sup>2</sup>C 协议接口，用户可以编程自动相位增加/减少的阈值。RT3638AE 采用 G-NAVPTM（绿色本地 AVP），这是 Richtek 独有的拓扑结构，源自 EA 放大器有限直流增益与电流模式控制，使得设置 droop 以满足所有 Intel CPU 的 AVP（自适应电压定位）要求变得简单。基于 G-NAVPTM 拓扑，RT3638AE 具有新一代快速响应机制（自适应快速响应，AQR），在负载瞬变期间优化 AVP 性能并减少输出电容。RT3638AE 支持带有各种操作状态的模式转换功能。</br>内置串行 VID（SVID）接口，用于与符合 Intel IMVP9.2 的 CPU 通信。RT3638AE 提供内置非易失性存储器（NVM），用于平台设置功能，如 ICCMAX、切换频率或 AQR 触发水平。RT3638AE 提供 VR 准备就绪输出信号。它还具有完整的故障保护功能，包括过压（OV）、过流（OC）、欠压（UV）和欠压锁定（UVLO）。RT3638AE 提供 WQFN-68L 8x8 脚印封装。建议结面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
