RT3678BE 是能完全满足 AMD SVI3 规格需求的双输出同步 Buck 控制器，采用立錡独有的以有限直流增益误差放大器为基础的电流模式控制的 G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> 控制架构，易于设定符合 AMD CPU/GPU AVP（Adaptive Voltage Positoning，自适应电压定位）需要的电压随载下降幅度，具有全新的 AQR 自适应快速响应机制对负载瞬变期间的 AVP 性能进行优化，降低了对输出电容的要求。它采用高精度 ADC 对需要上报的信号进行高精度采样，使用非易失存储器对用户配置数据如输出电流幅度、自动增减相数的阈值、工作频率、过流保护阈值和 AQR 触发阈值等进行保存，具有包括过压、欠压、过流、输入欠压闭锁、过热保护和过热警告、CRC 校验及通讯失败等故障情况下的完整保护措施，具有独立的使能、Power Good 指示和对各个输出通道的温度检测，许多功能都可通过 I<sup>2</sup>C 接口进行设定。建议结面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
