RT4801H 是一款高度集成的升压、LDO 与反相电荷泵解决方案，可产生正、负输出电压。输出电压可通过 I<sup>2</sup>C 接口协议，以 100mV 阶距在 ±4V 至 ±6V 之间调整。RT4801H 的输入电压范围为 2.5V 至 5.5V，针对单节电池供电产品进行优化，并可支持最高 80mA 的对称输出电流。RT4801H 采用 WL-CSP-15B 1.31x2.07 (BSC) 封装。<br /><br />建议结温范围为 −40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 85°C。
