RT4823 集成内置功率晶体管、同步整流与低供电电流，可为采用先进锂离子电池化学技术的系统提供紧凑解决方案。当电池电压低于系统电源 IC 所需电压时，RT4823 仍能提供可观能量。RT4823 是一款升压稳压器，设计用于从单节锂离子电池提供最低输出电压，即使电池电压低于系统最低需求时亦可工作。在升压模式下，于最高 1500mA 负载电流时仍可保证输出电压调节。关断模式下的静态电流低于 1μA，可最大化电池寿命。此稳压器可在旁路模式与一般升压模式之间平顺切换。此器件可被强制进入旁路模式，以降低静态电流。RT4823 采用 WL-CSP-9B 1.3x1.2 (BSC) 封装。
