RT5128A 是一款多输出集成电路（MOIC），专为与 Intel MTL-UPH 和 AMD SVI3 移动 CPU 平台配合使用而设计。RT5128A 集成了两个降压控制器、四个降压转换器和一个负载开关。此外，RT5128A 还支持 DDR5 和 LPDDR5 应用。为了防止异常操作或电气过载，RT5128A 具备每条电路的欠压锁定（UVLO）、过压保护（OVP）、欠压保护（UVP）、过温保护（OTP）和过电流限制保护功能。RT5128A 提供 UQFN-42L 5x5 (FC) 封装。
