RT5788A/B 是一款简单、易于使用的 4A 同步降压 DC-DC 转换器，输入电源电压范围为 2.5V 至 6V。该器件内置精准的 0.6V (±1.5%) 参考电压，并可在 100% 占空比下作为极低压差稳压器运行。RT5788A/B 集成低 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> 功率 MOSFET 以实现高效率，并提供 TSOT-23-8 (FC) 封装。 RT5788A/B 采用先进固定导通时间（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT<sup>®</sup>）控制架构，可在少量外部元件下提供超快速瞬态响应，并在线路、负载与输出电压范围内以接近固定的开关频率运行。RT5788A/B 设计为以 1.5MHz 固定频率运行。RT5788A 会在轻载时自动进入省电模式（PSM）运行，以维持高效率。RT5788B 则在整个负载范围内以 Forced PWM 运行，有助于满足严格的电压调节精度要求。 RT5788A/B 检测两个 FET 的电流，以提供强健的过电流保护。其可防止器件在输出短路、过电流或电感饱和时遭受灾难性损坏。独立使能控制输入与电源良好指示可提供灵活的系统电源时序控制；内置软启动功能可防止启动期间的浪涌电流。该器件亦包含输入欠压锁定、输出欠压保护与过温保护（热关断），以在所有工作条件下提供安全且平稳的运行。
