RT5797A 是一款高效率同步降压转换器。其输入电压范围为 2.7V 至 6V，并可提供 0.6V 至 3.4V 的可调式稳压输出电压，同时提供最高 3A 的输出电流。该器件集成同步低导通电阻功率开关，可提升效率并省去外部肖特基二极管。其采用具内部补偿的电流模式固定导通时间（Current Mode Constant-On-time，CMCOT）运行，可在广泛的负载与输出电容范围内优化瞬态响应。RT5797A 提供 WDFN-8L 2x2 与 WDFN-8SL 2x2 封装。建议结温范围为 −40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 85°C。
