RT6160C 是一款高效率、单电感、采用先进固定导通时间（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT<sup>®</sup>）的单片同步降压升压转换器，可在 2.2V 至 5.5V 范围内提供最高 3A 的输出电流，并可良好调节 2.025V 至 5.2V 的数字可编程输出电压，无论输入电压低于、高于甚至等于输出电压，均适用于宽输入电源范围应用。ACOT<sup>®</sup> 控制架构具备出色的线路/负载瞬态响应、降压与升压模式之间的无缝转换，并可搭配小型陶瓷输出电容稳定运行，无需复杂的外部补偿。<br /><br />RT6160C 具备 I<sup>2</sup>C 接口，可进行输出电压、超声波模式控制、软启动斜率调整与器件状态监控等可编程设置。目标输出电压亦可通过外部 VSEL 引脚切换，以执行动态电压调整（DVS），且 DVS 的上升斜率与斜率模式也可通过设置相关寄存器进行配置。<br /><br />RT6160C 以自动 PFM 运行，并具备典型值 2μA 的低静态电流设计，可在轻载运行期间维持高效率。在较高负载时，器件会自动切换至 2.2MHz 固定频率控制，可通过小型封装滤波元件轻松平滑开关纹波电压。此外，集成式低 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> 功率 MOSFET 在重载条件下具备优异效率。在关断模式下，供电电流典型值为 0.1μA，对降低功耗相当出色。若需要固定频率，可禁用 PFM 模式。RT6160C 提供小型 WL-CSP-15B 1.4x2.3 (BSC) 封装。
