RT6248B 是简单易用的 8A 同步 Buck 转换器，输入电压范围为 4.5V~18V，内建 0.6V 参考电压源，集成低 R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> MOSFET 功率开关，使用晶核倒装的 UQFN-12HL 3x3 封装，以改进型固定导通时间 （ACOT<sup>®</sup>） 控制架构提供超快的瞬态响应速度，外围组件少，在各种运作条件下都具有几乎不变的开关工作频率。RT6246B 采用强制 PWM 工作模式，可满足严格的电压调节精度要求。它对上、下桥的电流都进行检测以获得强劲的过流保护性能，每个周期都进行的过流保护可最大程度地防范输出端短路、过流和电感饱和等现象可能导致的灾难性损害。内建的软启动功能可避免启动期间出现的浪涌电流。它还具有输入欠压锁定保护、输出欠压/过压保护、过热保护 (热关机) 等安全机制，确保其在各种工作条件下均可稳定运行。RT6248B 以 UQFN-12HL 3x3 (FC) 封装供货。
