RT6310E/EH 系列是高效率同步降压 DC-DC 转换器，具备 500kHz 伪恒定开关频率，并可提供高达 10A 的输出电流。RT6310E/EH 可在 4.5V 至 23V 输入电压下运行。RT6310E/EH 的输出电压固定为 3.36V。</br></br>RT6310E/EH 采用先进恒定导通时间 (ACOT<SUP>®</SUP>) 控制架构，可提供超快速瞬态响应，并进一步减少外部元件数量。在稳态下，ACOT<SUP>®</SUP> 可在输入电压、负载与输出电压范围内以近乎恒定的开关频率运行，并使 EMI 滤波器设计更加容易。</br></br>通过设置 EN/MODE 引脚的电压，RT6310E/EH 可在轻载时以二极管仿真模式 (DEM) 或超声波模式 (USM) 运行。USM 可保持运行频率高于 25kHz，从而消除声学噪声。在 DEM 中，RT6310E/EH 可提供最佳轻载效率，并通过扩频功能改善声学噪声。</br></br>RT6310E/EH 提供 PGOOD 指示器，便于系统时序控制。该器件亦集成完整保护功能，包括逐周期电流限制、OVP、UVP、输入 UVLO 与 OTP。</br></br>上述所有功能均集成于 UQFN-23L 3x3 (FC) 封装中。
