RT6335A 是一款同步降压转换器，输出电流可达到高达 14A 的连续电流。其可在 4.5V to 23V 输入电压范围内运行，并提供固定 0.77V 输出电压。RT6335A 采用 Advanced Constant On-Time (ACOT<sup>®</sup>) 控制架构，可提供超快速瞬态响应，并进一步减少外部元件数量。在稳态下，ACOT<sup>®</sup> 可在输入电压、负载与输出电压范围内以近乎恒定的开关频率运行，使 EMI 滤波器设计更加容易。RT6335A 提供可编程开关频率与谷值电流限制。其亦包含 DEM/FCCM 运行模式选择，其中 DEM 可提供高轻载效率，而 FCCM 可提供低输出纹波电压。此外，其提供 power-good 指示器，便于系统时序控制。完整保护功能均集成于该器件中，包括电流限制保护、OVP、UVP、输入 UVLO 与 OTP。上述所有功能均集成于 VQFN-19TL 3x4 (FC) 封装中。建议结温范围为 −40°C to 125°C。
