RT6336 系列由高效率同步降压转换器组成，具备 500kHz 伪恒定开关频率，可提供高达 6A 的输出电流。RT6336A/RT6336B 与 RT6336AH/RT6336BH 可在 4.5V to 23V 输入电压下运行。RT6336A/RT6336AH 的输出电压可在 0.6V 至 5.5V 之间设置，而 RT6336B/RT6336BH 则固定为 3.3V 输出电压。RT6336C/RT6336CH 的输入电压范围为 5.2V to 23V，且 RT6336C/RT6336CH 的输出电压固定为 5.1V。RT6336 系列采用 Advanced Constant On-Time (ACOT<sup>®</sup>) 控制架构，可提供超快速瞬态响应，并进一步减少外部元件数量。在稳态下，ACOT<sup>®</sup> 可在输入电压、负载与输出电压范围内以近乎恒定的开关频率运行，并使 EMI 滤波器设计更加容易。通过设置 EN/MODE 引脚的电压，RT6336 系列可在轻载时以二极管仿真模式 (DEM) 或超声波模式 (USM) 运行。USM 可保持运行频率高于 25kHz，从而消除声学噪声。在 DEM 中，RT6336 系列可提供最佳轻载效率，并通过扩频功能改善声学噪声。RT6336 系列提供 Power-Good 指示器，便于系统时序控制。该器件亦集成完整保护功能，包括逐周期电流限制、OVP、UVP、输入 UVLO 与 OTP。上述所有功能均集成于 UQFN-23L 3x3 (FC) 封装中。建议结温为 −40°C 至 125°C。
