RT7220D 是一款用于 Flyback 转换器的同步整流 (SR) 控制器，可在连续导通模式 (CCM)、不连续导通模式 (DCM) 与准谐振 (QR) 模式下运行。RT7220D 会检测 MOSFET 的漏极电压，以判断 SR 栅极的导通 / 关断，从而将关断死区时间降至最低并提升效率。RT7220D 支持 3V 至 21V 的宽输出电压范围，并特别内置 HV LDO，用于在低输出电压时驱动 MOSFET 栅极。当其搭配初级侧控制器 RT7757 使用时，可启用零电压开关 (ZVS) 控制，以在高输入电压下优化效率。此外，RT7220D 在轻载条件下提供绿色模式运行，可将工作电流降低至 250μA 以下。建议结温范围为 −40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 105°C。
