RT7275/76 是高性能 700kHz 3A 降压稳压器，内置功率开关与同步整流器。它们采用先进固定导通时间 (ACOT<sup>TM</sup>) 控制架构，具备快速瞬态响应，可搭配小型陶瓷输出电容稳定运行，且无需复杂的外部补偿，并具有其他多项优点。输入电压范围为 4.5V 至 18V，输出电压可在 0.765V 至 8V 之间调节。专有的 ACOT<sup>TM</sup> 控制相较于其他快速响应固定导通时间架构有所提升，可在输入电压、负载与输出电压范围内实现近乎固定的开关频率。由于没有内部时钟，对瞬态变化的响应几乎是即时的，且电感电流可快速上升，以在无需大型输出电容的情况下维持输出调节。RT7275/76 可搭配陶瓷输出电容稳定运行，并针对其进行优化。凭借内部 90mΩ 开关与 60mΩ 同步整流器，RT7275/76 在各类应用中展现出优异效率与良好表现，尤其适用于低输出电压与低占空比情况。逐周期电流限制、输入欠压锁定、外部可调式软启动、输出欠压与过压保护，以及热关断功能，可在所有工作条件下提供安全且平稳的运行。RT7275 与 RT7276 均提供 WDFN-10L 3x3 与 PTSSOP-14 封装，并具备外露散热焊盘。
