RT8071D 是高效率的同步 Buck 转换器，可在 2.7V~5.5V 的输入电压范围内输出 0.6V~V<sub>IN</sub> 的电压，负载能力高达 3A。它集成了低导通电阻的功率开关，效率高，无需使用肖特基二极管。其工作频率为 1MHz，占空比可高达 100%，支持直通模式，可以大大扩展便携式系统的电池使用时间。采用电流模式的控制架构，补偿电路内置，可在广泛的负载范围内获得优化的瞬态响应特性，对输出电容没有严格要求。其封装为 WDFN-10L 3x3。
