RT8097C是高效率的同步Buck转换器，输入电压范围为2.7V~6V，可调输出电压范围为0.6V~3.4V，电流负载能力达2A。它内部集成低导通电阻的功率开关，无需外加肖特基二极管，使用电流模式固定导通时间控制架构，补偿内置，在全负载范围和各种输出电容配置下都具有卓越的瞬态响应特性，其封装形式有SOT-23-5和SOT-23-6可选。
