RT8131B 是 5V 供电的高效单相同步 Buck 控制器。</br>其内崁的 MOSFET 驱动器具有高驱动能力，支持高达 5V 的驱动电压。它采用无损耗的下桥 MOSFET R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> 电流检测技术实现过流保护，其保护阈值可通过 LGATE 引脚进行设定 (LGOCS)。此外，它还具有 Power Good 指示、使能/禁止控制和内部的软启动设计，具有完整的保护功能对功率级进行保护，是具有极高性价比的高效电源转换器件，其封装为 WDFN-10L 3x3。
