RT8237M PWM 控制器具备高效率、优异的瞬态响应与高 DC 输出精度，可满足笔记本电脑中将高电压电池降压以产生低电压 CPU 核心、I/O 与芯片组 RAM 供电的需求。固定导通时间 PWM 控制架构可轻松处理宽广的输入 / 输出电压比例，并在维持相对固定开关频率的同时，对负载瞬态提供 100ns “instant-on” 响应。RT8237M 通过省去传统电流模式 PWM 中的电流检测电阻，以较低成本实现高效率。其能够驱动非常大型的同步整流 MOSFET，并在轻载条件下进入二极管模拟模式，进一步提升效率。降压转换可让此器件以最高可能效率直接将高电压电池降压。预设频率选项可简化新设计的设计流程。RT8237M 适用于 CPU 核心、芯片组、DRAM 或其他低至 0.7V 的低电压供电。RT8237M 采用 WDFN-10L 3x3 封装。建议环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 85°C，结温范围为 −40°C 至 125°C。
