RT8692 是针对高性能图形处理器应用进行了优化的2/1相同步Buck PWM 控制器，采用了COT固定导通时间控制架构，集成了包含自举二极体在内的两组MOSFET 驱动器，具有通道间电流平衡和过压保护、欠压保护、电流限制、热关机保护等功能，以WQFN-20L 3x3 封装供货。</br>RT8692利用开关管的 R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> 对电感电流进行连续检测并在此基础上实施电流限制和电流平衡。RT8692可利用外部参考输入对其输出电压进行控制，输出电压的反馈信号追踪外部输入参考电压的变化即可实现输出电压的动态调节。</br>它还具有开关切换工作频率可调、工作相数动态可调、内部软启动、Power Good 指示和使能控制等特性。
