RT9017 专为对性能与空间要求严苛的便携式 RF 与无线应用而设计。RT9017 的性能针对电池供电系统进行优化，可提供超低噪声与低静态电流。稳压器接地电流在压差状态下仅略微增加，可进一步延长电池寿命。RT9017 亦可搭配低 ESR 陶瓷电容使用，减少电源应用所需的电路板空间，这对手持式无线设备而言至关重要。RT9017 在关断模式下耗电低于 0.01μA，且快速启动时间低于 50ms。RT9017 具备短路热折返保护。当输出短路发生时 (V<sub>OUT </sub>< 0.4V)，RT9017 会将其 OTP 触发点从 165°C 降低至 110°C<sup> </sup>，为终端用户提供最高安全性。其他功能包括超低压差电压、高输出精度、限流保护与高纹波抑制比。RT9017 采用 SOT-23-3、SOT-23-5 与 WDFN-6L 2x2 封装，并提供 1.5V 至 3.5V 范围、每阶 0.1V 的多种输出电压选项。
