RT9046是低压差电压调节器控制器，设计用于驱动外部 N-MOSFET 以满足不同应用的需要。该控制器具有2%的参考电压源、具有驱动大电流/低 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> N-MOSFET 的能力，输出电压可编程设定，具有0.6ms延时的电源监控，内建软启动功能，还有欠压保护、使能控制等功能。其封装为 SOT-23-6。
