RT9065 专为对性能与空间要求严苛的便携式 RF 与无线应用而设计。RT9065 的性能针对电池供电系统进行优化，可提供超低噪声与低静态电流。其提供噪声旁路引脚，可进一步降低输出噪声。稳压器接地电流在压差状态下仅略微增加，可进一步延长电池寿命。RT9065 亦可搭配低 ESR 陶瓷电容使用，减少电源应用所需的电路板空间，这对手持式无线设备而言至关重要。RT9065 在关断模式下耗电低于 0.01μA。其他功能包括低压差电压、高输出精度、限流保护与高纹波抑制比。RT9065 采用 SOT-23-6 封装。
