RT9080 是一款低压差 (LDO) 电压稳压器，具备启用功能，并可在 1.2V 至 5.5V 的宽输入电压范围内运行。RT9080 可提供最大 600mA 输出电流，并专为低功耗运行而设计，且集成于小型封装中。</br>其低静态电流低至 2μA，且禁用电流几乎为零，非常适合为电池供电设备供电，以延长使用寿命。RT9080 在 1.2V 至 5.5V 的宽输入范围，以及完整的输出负载电流范围 (0mA 至 600mA) 内，搭配陶瓷输出电容皆可稳定运行。
