RT9085 是一款高性能正电压稳压器，具备独立偏置电压 (V<sub>BIAS</sub>)，专为需要低输入电压与超低压差电压、且输出电流高达 1A 的应用而设计。超低压差电压特性非常适合输出电压极接近输入电压的应用。输入电压可低至 0.8V，输出电压可通过外部电阻分压器调节。RT9085 具备极低静态电流消耗，适用于便携式应用。此器件采用 WL- CSP-6B 0.8x1.2 (BSC) 与 ZWL-CSP-6B 0.8x1.2 (BSC) 封装。建议结温范围为 −40°C 至 125°C。</br>
