RT9096/RT9096N 是一款低压差 (LDO) 线性电压稳压器，可在 1.2V 至 5.5V 的输入电压范围内运行，并提供高达 600mA 的输出电流。输出电压设计可依不同用途以两种模式运行。在可调模式下，RT9093 输出电压可设置为 0.8V 至 3.3V。在固定模式下，输出电压亦可提供 0.8V 至 3.3V，无需外部电阻分压器，可在 PCB 面积受限的情况下降低物料清单 (BOM) 成本。此器件实现 EN 引脚以进行系统时序控制。它亦集成输入欠压锁定 (UVLO)、过电流保护 (OCP) 与过温保护 (OTP)，以防止故障状况。RT9096/RT9096N 采用 TSOT-23-5 封装，并提供固定与可调输出电压选项，便于在各种应用中使用。它亦提供 ZQFN-4L 1x1 封装，无需外部电阻分压器。此器件完整规格适用于 T<sub>J</sub> = −40°C 至 125°C 的工作温度范围。
