RT9367C 是用于手机背光和摄像头应用的集成化电源解决方案，其中集成了一个电荷泵 LED 驱动器和两个低压差线性稳压器，通过将其 ENA 端拉低可使其进入关机状态。RT9367C 的 LED 驱动部分由电荷泵和使电流一致的恒流源组成，可以驱动4只 LED ，每只 LED 的电流可达 25mA 。它通过采用 x1/x1.5/x2 等不同的电荷泵工作模式和低压差电流源维持高 LED 驱动效率，用户可通过 I<sup>2</sup>C 接口对内部的5位 DAC 进行控制以实现32级电流调节，最终实现亮度控制。RT9367C 还包含了两个低噪声、低压差的线性稳压器，每个的输出电流能力可达 300mA ，其输出电压可通过 I<sup>2</sup>C 接口进行设定，其电压设定范围为 1.1V~3.3V，输出电压精度可达3%。在 300mA 负载电流下，稳压器的最小压降可达 250mV 。这些稳压器具有电流限制和输出短路热折回保护功能。
