RT9527 是为满足小电流、低成本的单节锂离子电池充电应用而设计的，它可从交流适配器或 USB 埠获取电源输入，当没有电源供应时即自动进入睡眠模式。 RT9527 通过采用优化的控制算法以预充模式、快充模式和恒压模式完成充电任务，充电完成后即保持恒压模式以确保电池总是处于充满状态，充电电流可由外部电阻进行调节，内部热回馈电路对内核温度进行调节以确保在任何可用环境温度范围内都以最佳的充电速率进行充电。 RT9527 的输入端可以承受最高 28V 的电压，它还同时具有欠压保护和过压保护功能。 </br>RT9527 的封装是 WDFN-8L 2x2。建议的接面温度范围为-40°C至125°C，而环境温度范围则为-40°C至85°C。
