RT9527J/JH/JA 是一款低成本单节锂离子电池充电器，适用于低充电电流应用。<br />RT9527J/JH/JA 可通过 AC 适配器或 USB 端口供电，并在电源移除时进入睡眠模式。它使用控制算法优化充电，具备预充电、快速充电与恒压模式。此器件通过持续在恒压模式下运行，使电池维持在完全充电状态。充电电流可通过外部电阻调节。内部热反馈会调节芯片温度，以在不同环境条件下优化充电速率。此器件支持最大 VIN 为 28V，并针对 AC 适配器输入具备欠压与过压保护。<br />RT9527J/JH/JA 采用 WDFN-8L 2x2 封装。建议结温范围为 −40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 85°C。
