RT9611C/D 是一款高频、同步整流、单相双 MOSFET 驱动器，设计用于从一般 MOSFET 驱动应用延伸至高性能 CPU VR 驱动能力。RT9611C/D 可用于 V<sub>CC </sub>= 5V 或 V<sub>CC </sub>= 12V 应用。RT9611C/D 亦内置内部功率开关，以取代外部自举二极管。RT9611C/D 可有效支持高达 500kHz 的开关频率。RT9611C/D 具备 UGATE 驱动电路与 LGATE 驱动电路，适用于同步整流 DC/DC 转换器应用。驱动上升 / 下降时间能力设计在 30ns 以内，且直通保护机制设计用于防止高侧与低侧功率 MOSFET 发生直通。RT9611C/D 具备 PWM 三态关断与 <span class="overline">OD</span> 输入关断功能，可强制驱动器输出进入高阻抗状态。RT9611C 与 RT9611D 的差异在于传播延迟 t<sub>UGATEpdh</sub>。RT9611D 的 t<sub>UGATEpdh</sub> 相较于 RT9611D 更大。因此，RT9611C 通常建议用于性能导向应用，例如高功率密度 CPU VR 或 GPU VR。RT9611C/D 采用小尺寸 WDFN-8L 3x3 封装。<hr />
