RT9834 是一款微功耗电压检测器，具备去抖动手动复位输入，可监控微处理器 (μP) 或数字系统的电源供应电压电平。它提供内部固定阈值电平，并以每阶 0.1V 的增量，范围从 1.2V 至 5V，覆盖大多数数字应用。它具备 3μA 的低供电电流。当 V<sub>DD</sub> 电压低于预设阈值电平时，RT9834 会送出复位信号以执行监控功能。此复位信号会在 V<sub>DD</sub> 恢复前的整段期间内维持有效。一旦 V<sub>DD</sub> 恢复并上升越过阈值电平，复位信号会在一段延迟时间后解除。若要手动将复位信号拉低，只需将手动复位输入 (MR) 拉低至指定的 V<sub>IL</sub> 电平以下。RT9834 采用 SC-82 与 <br />SOT-143 封装。
