RTQ1954 为 10V 至 80V 系统提供企业级保护与高性能监测，例如 48V/54V 数据中心网络设备。对短路故障的 sub-μs 响应、多个可调式高分辨率过电流阈值，以及具可调式阈值的远端温度检测，使 RTQ1954 能够保护并监测关键系统 – 包括具宽动态范围瞬态负载的系统。选配的可编程 MOSFET SOA 保护可精准控制最大 MOSFET 功率耗散，而 MOSFET 健康状态算法即使在 MOSFET 完全增强导通时亦可监测 MOSFET。可调式过电流故障计时器可在动态瞬态过载事件期间避免误触发，同时维持对真实过载状况的强固保护。对于监测功能，RTQ1954 可测量实时功率、电压、电流、温度与故障数据，并通过具 PMBus 兼容命令结构的 I<sup>2</sup>C/SMBus 接口发送此信息。精准遥测可实现智能电源管理功能、功率优化与早期故障检测。RTQ1954 亦通过可调式遥测平均与峰值功率测量，提升系统诊断能力。RTQ1954 采用 TSSOP-28 (Exposed Pad) 封装。建议结温范围为 −40°C 至 125°C。
