RTQ2072A-QT/RTQ2072B-QT 是一款高度集成的 PMIC，专为车载摄像头应用而设计。它包含三个降压转换器与一个高 PSRR 低压差 (LDO) 稳压器。高电压降压转换器可在高达 18.5V 的输入电压范围内运行，适用于 Power Over Coax (POC) 连接。两个低电压降压转换器可提供固定输出电压。所有降压转换器皆以强制固定频率 PWM 模式运行。LDO 输出电压可通过外部电阻轻松设置。RTQ2072A-QT/RTQ2072B-QT 支持 10 种电源时序，可通过电阻进行设置。此 ICQ 采用 WETD-VQFN-16L 3x3 封装，具备凹点引脚型可润湿侧翼。建议结温范围为 −40°C 至 150°C，建议环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 125°C。
