RTQ2183-QA 是一款同步降压转换器，设计可在 2.5V 至 5.5V 的输入电压范围内运行。它可提供高达 3A 的输出电流，并支持 0.6V 至 3.3V 的可调式输出电压。RTQ2183-QA 采用高级固定导通时间 (ACOT<sup>®</sup>) 控制架构，可实现快速且稳定的输出电压调节，非常适合具动态负载需求的应用。通过将所需外部元件数量降至最低，ACOT<sup>®</sup> 架构可简化设计并降低系统成本，以实现高效率电源管理。主要功能包括独立启用控制输入与电源良好指示器，便于进行时序控制。可编程软启动功能通过 SS 引脚上的外部电容实现，可确保受控的浪涌电流与平顺上电。RTQ2183-QA 提供完整保护功能，包括输入欠压锁定、输出欠压保护、输出过压保护、过电流保护与过温保护。逐周期电流限制保护可防止输出短路。RTQ2183-QA 采用小型 WET-VDFN-8J2L 2x1.5 (FC) 封装，为各种系统设计提供灵活性与节省空间的优势。建议结温范围为 -40°C 至 150°C，环境温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
