RTQ2527A/B 是一款极低压差线性稳压器，可在低至 0.8V 的输入电压下运行。此器件能够提供 2A 输出电流，且典型压差电压仅为 100mV。内部参考与 LDO 电路需要 VBIAS 供电来运行，而输出电流则直接来自 VIN 供电，以实现高效率调节。用户可编程软启动可限制输入浪涌电流，并将输入电源的应力降至最低。启用输入与电源良好输出可与外部稳压器轻松进行时序控制。此完整的灵活性提供易于使用且稳健的电源管理解决方案，适用于各种应用。<br /><br />RTQ2527A/B 可搭配大于或等于 2.2μF 的输出电容稳定运行。精准的参考电压与误差放大器可在负载、输入电压与温度范围内提供 1% 精度。亦包含过电流限制与过温保护。RTQ2527A/B 采用 WDFN-10L 3x3 与 WQFN-20L 5x5 封装。
