RTQ2531A 是具有 500mA 电流供应能力的低噪声、低压差、高精度线性稳压器，其输入电压最低可达 1.7V，使用起来非常方便。</br>RTQ2531A 之设计具有 PSRR 高、输出噪声低的特性，能满足噪声敏感型应用如射频、锁相环、时钟电路和模拟电路的需要，其控制电路中含有可调软启动、短路保护、电流反向保护和过热保护等功能，还具有使能控制端和 POWER-OK 输出，可在 T<SUB>J</SUB> = -40°C ~125°C 的全范围内确保其性能符合其规格，其供货封装形式为 WDFN-8SL 2x2。
