RTQ2539A 是负载能力达3A 的低杂讯、低压差、高精度之压差线性稳压器(LDO)，能够以极低压差提供3A电流（最大130mV），最低输入电压可达1.1V，易于使用。</br>低噪声、高 PSRR、大电流能力使 RTQ2539A 成为对电源噪声敏感的模数转换器、数模转换器和射频器件的理想供电器件。因其输出精度高、采用遥测技术，可用软启动降低冲击电流，RTQ2539A 也是FPGA、DSP 和 ASIC 等数字器件常用的电源方案。</br>它具有易于进行时序控制的外部使能输入端和 Power Good 指示，通过在 NR/SS 引脚增加外接旁路电容可增强其抑制输出噪声的效果。器件之规格在 T<sub>J</sub> = -40°C ~ 125°C 范围内都能得到保证，其出货封装为 WQFN-12L 2.2x2.5 (FC)。
