RTQ6050/RTQ6052 器件是一款高侧电流分流监测器，包含电流检测放大器、带隙参考与具锁存输出的比较器。RTQ6050/RTQ6052 可在 2V 至 80V 的共模电压范围内，检测分流电阻两端的压降。RTQ6050/RTQ6052 系列支持两种输出电压比例：20V/V 与 100V/V。RTQ6050 与 RTQ6052 包含开漏比较器，以及提供 0.6V 阈值的内部参考。外部分压器可设置电流跳变点。此比较器具备锁存能力，可通过将 RESET 引脚接地（或保持开路）轻松启用。RTQ6050/RTQ6052 采用小型 8-pin MSOP 与 SOP-8 封装。建议结温范围为 -40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 -40°C 至 85°C。
