RTQ6060 系列包含高精度电流监测器，常用于大多数电流回报系统与电流检测电路，以进行精密电流测量与系统优化。这些器件可在 -0.3V 至 36V 的共模电压范围内，检测分流电阻两端的低压降 (10mV)。它们具备极低输入偏移、偏移漂移、增益误差与增益漂移，这些特性皆通过零漂移架构实现。提供 50、75、100、200、500 与 1000V/V 六种固定增益，以适应不同的电流比例调整应用。这些器件可由 2.7V 至 36V 的单一电源供电运行，并汲取最大 100μA 的供电电流。RTQ6060 采用 SC-70-6 封装。建议环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 125°C。
