RTQ7683/RTQ7684 是一款单晶半桥，集成同步 MOSFET 与栅极驱动器。它可在 4.5V 至 22V 的宽输入电压范围内提供高达 30A 的输出电流。通过在单晶结构中集成栅极驱动器与 MOSFET，RTQ7683/RTQ7684 通过优化驱动器控制延迟时序，并将寄生电感与死区时间降至最低，以实现高效率性能。RTQ7683/RTQ7684 提供实时电流回报功能，IMON 增益为 5μA/A。RTQ7683/RTQ7684 亦具备通过 TMON 电路监测结温的能力。RTQ7683/RTQ7684 采用 WQFN-21L 3x5 (FC) 与 WQFN-25L 4x5 (FC) 封装。建议结温范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
