立锜科技股份有限公司（RICHTEK）特此声明，其 IC 产品自适用的生产日期代码起，保存期限为五（5）年，前提为防潮袋密封完整性未遭破坏，且在该期间内存储于符合 JEDEC J-STD-033C 规范的受控环境（< 40℃ / < 90%RH）。

我们通过适当方式建立、管理及维持库存，以帮助确保对客户的持续供应。此方式可提供更即时的产品供应能力，并有助于降低成熟产品因生产限制及产品生命周期终止所造成的负担。

RICHTEK 进行广泛且长期的可靠性研究，以确认其内部制造保存期限政策。相关研究<a style="text-decoration: none;" href="/content/dam/richtek-eds/resources/quality-and-reliability/policies-and-procedures/Shelf Life Reliability Evaluation Report.pdf">“保存期限可靠性评估报告”</a>确认，根据 RICHTEK 内部制造存储方式，产品电气特性不会发生退化，且未发现与 RICHTEK 内部制造存储方式相关的产品失效。此外，RICHTEK 亦在产品配送中心采取特定措施，以确保所有材料在出货前保持完整性。
